Group Meal Guidelines
Group meals can be arranged at the Crater Lake Lodge dining room. Group meals for dinner are for lodge guests only and reservations are required.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance.
Seating
Please be aware that we may not be able to seat large groups all at one time due to the limited space in the lodge dining room. Large groups will be seated at ½ hour intervals with up to 10-12 people at one time until the entire group is seated.
Deposits
A 100% deposit for all food and beverages is required 30 days prior to arrival for groups not staying overnight at either the Crater Lake Lodge or at the Cabins at Mazama Village. For groups staying with us, payment must be made by the escort on departure.
Complimentary Meal Policy
We offer complimentary meals to the escort and bus driver for groups of 20 or more persons.
