Reservations
Xanterra Parks & Resorts is the primary authorized concessioner in Crater Lake National Park, and as such, we are proud stewards of the park. We are also your direct in-park source for lodging and activities in Crater Lake.
We never charge a booking fee to make reservations. We also manage and maintain the in-park facilities for which we take reservations. We are committed to helping you find your ultimate Crater Lake experience and we invite you to discover, or rediscover, the magic of one of America’s most breathtaking national parks.

Hours of Operation:
Summer: 7 days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Winter: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
