Room Guidelines & Policies
We welcome groups of 10 or more rooms at Crater Lake National Park. The Historic Crater Lake Lodge is open from mid-May through mid-October. The Cabins at Mazama Village are open from early June through early October.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is due three months prior to arrival date, with the final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Rooming Lists
A typed rooming list is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Complimentary Room Policy
We offer one complimentary room at the Cabins at Mazama Village for escort or bus driver with 15 or more fully paid rooms.
Baggage Handling
Baggage handling is $3.00 per bag round trip.
Bicycle Groups
All bicycle groups must obtain an Incidental Business Permit from the National Park Service prior to arrival.
